3. User Accounts

4. Escrow Transactions

4.1 Transaction Process

All transactions on our platform follow this process:

• Buyer and seller agree on terms
• Buyer deposits funds into escrow
• Seller delivers goods or services
• Buyer reviews and approves delivery
• Funds are released to seller

4.2 Service Fees

Smart Contracts Escrow charges a service fee for each transaction. Fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation and are deducted from the transaction amount.

4.3 Fund Release

Funds held in escrow will be released to the seller only after the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery. If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, automatic release procedures may apply.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Either party may initiate a dispute through the platform
• Our dispute resolution team will review all evidence
• A decision will be made based on the provided information
• The decision of the dispute resolution team is final

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Attempting to defraud other users
• Providing false or misleading information
• Manipulating or circumventing the escrow process
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Contracts Escrow acts as a neutral third party and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items or services transacted through the platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
